Hi, I’m Sivahn, but everyone calls me Sivi.
I didn’t come to yoga because life was flexible and peaceful already…
I came because I was hurting and I was tired of pretending I wasn’t.
Growing up in Los Angeles felt like living in a circus: loud, chaotic, fast. Somewhere in that mess, I started feeling off physically and emotionally. Aches, weird illnesses, and this deeper sense that something wasn’t right. I didn’t have a roadmap, just a gut feeling that I couldn’t keep running from myself.
So I made a decision: to turn toward my body instead of away from it. To heal instead of numb. That decision led me to yoga, and slowly through breath, movement, stillness, and consistency I came home to myself.
Since then, I’ve completed +1000 hours of training in Yoga:

- 300 Hour Training in Yoga Therapy & Vijnana 2019
- 60 Hour Training in Yin Yoga 2020
- 60 Hour Training in Yoga for Women 2021
- 60 Hour Training in Power Yoga 2022
- 60 Hour Training in Bandhas 2023
- 60 Hour Training in Hakomi Psychotherapy & Yoga Therapy 2025
- 60 Hour Training in the Art of Adjustments 2025
- 300 Hour Training in Vikasa Yoga based on Hatha style practice 2025
In addition to my two degrees: a BA in Interactive Communications & Business from Reichman University and an Med in Healthy & Mobile Lifestyle Education from Levinksy-Wingate University.
The teacher will always stay a student and continue to grow and share knowledge. Every session I teach is based on you! The energy of my students and is always is communication with what I have planned to teach and what will happen that day. We work together hand in hand to make sure you are getting the best practice physically, mentally and emotionally for that specific moment in time.
