Class Details:
Flow → a high-energy practice linking breath to continuous movement. Expect peak poses, strength, mobility, and fun music. This class is about momentum, play, and feeling fully in your body.
Restore → a very slow, stress-relieving class designed to calm the nervous system. Poses are held for 1–3 minutes and supported with props, blending yin, restorative yoga, and yoga therapy.
Meditate → a mindfulness-centered practice where movement prepares the body for stillness. Gentle warm-up, slow meditative flow, and extended meditation are woven together to support posture, breath, and focus.
Woman → a nurturing yet strong practice created for women through all life stages. This class supports pregnancy, menstruation, fertility, and menopause with intuitive movement, breath, and awareness.
All group classes are taught at my studio in Nof Yam, Herzliya.
Trial lesson is 50₪ and various packages available afterwards if you would like to continue with us.
